摘　　要：分析针织物规律性、不规律性横条疵点的控制要点。阐述了纺纱、织造生产过程中针织物规律性、不规律性横条疵点的产生原因,并进行了统计分析。实践表明:纺纱过程规律性针织物横条疵点控制重点在棉条的重量偏差和棉纱的长细节,不规律性针织物横条疵点控制重点在纺纱原料本身质量、配棉接批质量以及条干不匀等;织造过程针织物横条疵点控制重点在针织机张力和筒脚纱的管理。认为:纺纱、织造过程中降低针织物横条疵点的关键在于细节管理。Control key points of regular and irregular stripe defects in knitted fabrics were analyzed.Causes of knitted fabrics regular and irregular stripe defects in spinning and weaving process were expounded,statistical analysis was carried out.Practice showed that the regular knitted fabrics stripe defects control in the spinning process should focus on the weight deviation of cotton sliver and long thin place of cotton yarn,while the irregular knitted fabrics stripe defects control should focus on the quality of spinning raw materials,quality of cotton assorting batching and unevenness.Stripe defects control of knitted fabrics in the weaving process should focus on the management of knitting machine tension and yarn remnants.It is considered that the key to reducing defects of knitted fabrics in the process of spinning and weaving lies in the detail management.
