摘 要:在设计选矿厂时,通过对半工业或实验室条件下的研磨进行初步研究来选择选矿工艺粉碎方案、设备类型、数量和尺寸、确定最佳研磨方案和计算设备负荷。弗雷德·邦德(Fred Bond)描述了评价矿石硬度和被磨碎的难易程度,被称为邦德球磨功指数。目前,邦德球磨功指数仍然是世界各地球磨机设备设计、评估和优化中评价矿石被磨碎难易程度的重要指标。文章旨在对现有的测定邦德球磨机功指数的方法进行回顾、分类和测试,以更好地指导球磨机设备选型设计与优化。In the design of a beneficiation plant, preliminary studies of grinding under semi-industrial or laboratory conditions are used to select the beneficiation process comminution scheme, the type, number and size of equipment, determine the optimum grinding scheme and calculate the equipment load. Fred Bond described the difficulty of evaluating the hardness of the ore and the ease of being ground. This index remains one of the most requested tools in the design, evaluation and optimization of ball mill equipment around the world. The purpose of this paper is to review, categorize and test the existing methods for calculating the Bond Ball Mill Index, which provides general guidance toward designing and optimizing of ball mill equipment selection.
