摘  要:为提高盾构机的工作效率与稳定性,设计了一种新型内啮合传动的主驱动。第一,利用SAPB对主驱动进行总功能抽象,确定主驱动的总功能;第二,建立“黑箱图”,从物质流、能量流、信息流3个方面对主驱动进行功能分析;第三,通过功能分解将总功能逐级分解,直到能用机械结构表达的功能元为止;第四,运用功能结构链和功能原理图,将功能元有效连接起来,通过功能原理图,清晰、明确地理解各功能元之间的联系;第五,在功能原理图的指导下,通过功能元求解建立各部分的机械结构,从而完成主驱动机械结构的创新设计。通过SAPB“总-分-总”的功能表达,为机械产品的创新设计提供了一种切实可行的方法。In order to improve working efficiency and stability of the shield machine, a new type of main-drive having internal meshing is designed. Firstly, the overall function of main-driver through SAPB is abstracted and determined. Secondly, a “black box diagram” is established to analyze function of main-driver from three aspects of material flow, energy flow and information flow. Thirdly, the total function is decomposed step by step through functional decomposition until the functional elements that can be expressed by mechanical structure are reached. Fourthly, use the functional structure chain and functional schematic diagram to effectively connect the functional elements, and understand the connection between the functional elements clearly and clearly through the functional schematic diagram. Fifthly, under the guidance of the functional schematic diagram, through the functional element solution, the mechanical structure of each part is established, so as to complete the innovative design of the main drive mechanical structure. Through the functional expression of “total-score-total” in SAPB, it provides a practical method for the innovative design of mechanical products.
