摘　　要：根据现场工作环境和齿轮的磨损情况,分析MQY3685球磨机大小齿轮的失效形式,找出导致齿轮失效的原因。结果表明,齿轮失效的原因主要有:齿轮罩密封不严,杂质、浆液进入齿轮罩导致磨损严重;润滑状况不佳,导致无法在齿轮啮合处形成保护油膜;轴齿轮齿面硬度不够,导致齿面产生塑性变形。针对存在的问题,文章提出了合理的改进措施。According to the on-site working environment and gear wear, the failure modes of the large and small gears of the MQY3685 ball mill are analyzed, and the reasons for the failure of the gears are found out. The main reasons are: the gear cover is not tightly sealed, impurities and slurry enter the gear cover, resulting in serious wear;poor lubrication conditions, which makes it impossible to form a protective oil film at the gear meshing place;the hardness of the tooth surface of the shaft gear is not enough, resulting in plastic deformation of the tooth surface. In response to these problems, rationalization and improvement measures are proposed.
