摘　　要：目的 了解中颅窝脑膜瘤手术中瘤周引流静脉保护对术后记忆力及执行力的影响。方法 49例中颅窝脑膜瘤患者行显微手术治疗,其中40例术中瘤周引流静脉保护完好(保护组),9例瘤周引流静脉损伤(损伤组);采用记忆与执行筛查量表(MES)及CT/MRI影像分别评估术后记忆力(MES-M)、执行力(MES-E)、脑膜瘤瘤周水肿体积(MPE)。结果 保护组术前、术后5 d及术后30 d的MES-M、MES-E、MPE差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而损伤组术前、术后5d及术后30 d的MES-M、MES-E、MPE差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中颅窝脑膜瘤患者术中瘤周引流静脉保护可改善术后记忆力及执行力。Objective To observe the effect of peritumoral draining vein(PTDV)protection on postoperative memory and execution in patients with middle fossa meningioma(MFM).Methods Forty-nine MFM patients underwent microsurgery,of whom PTDV was intact in 40 cases(protection group)and injured in 9 cases(injury group).The postoperative memory(MES-M)and execution(MES-E),and meningioma peritumoral edema(MPE)were assessed by Memory and Executive Screening(MES)and CT/MRI,respectively.Results MES-M,MES-E,and MPE were statistically different in protection group(P<0.01)but not in injury group(P>0.05)before operation and at 5 and 30 days postoperation.Conclusion The PTDV protection can improve postoperative memory and execution in MFM patients.
