摘　　要：目的了解Lichtenstein修补术对睾丸血供及生精功能的影响。方法82例单侧腹股沟疝男性患者分别行Lichtenstein修补术(LHR组)或腹腔镜完全腹膜外修补术(TEP组),比较术前、术后7 d、术后6月两组睾丸动脉阻力指数、睾丸体积、精子密度和精子活力差异。结果82例患者术前患侧和正常侧阻力指数及睾丸体积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。除TEP组术后7 d阻力指数高于术前外(P<0.05),两组间睾丸体积、精子密度、精子活力在术前、术后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Lichtenstein修补术对睾丸血供、体积和生精功能无明显影响。Objective To study the effect of Lichtenstein hernia repair(LHR)on testicular blood supply and spermatogenesis.Methods Eighty-two men with unilateral inguinal hernia were treated with LHR or laparoscopic total extraperitoneal repair(TEP).The testicular artery resistance index,testicular volume,and sperm density and motility were compared between 2 groups before operation and at 7 days and 6 months postoperation.Results There was no significant differences in resistance index and testicular volume between normal and affected sides before operation(P>0.05).The resistance index was higher at 7 days postoperation than before operation in TEP group(P<0.05).However,testicular volume and sperm density and motility were comparable in LHR and TEP groups before and after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion LHR has no effect on testicular blood supply,volume,and spermatogenesis.
