摘　　要：近年来国内外越来越多的研究揭露了lncRNAs可能起到调控骨质疏松发病过程的潜在作用。该文从lncRNAs调控BMMSCs分化的角度出发,对lncRNAs在骨质疏松症中影响及作用机制进行综述,以进一步探讨lncRNAs在骨质疏松症治疗方面的潜在价值。In recent years,more and more researches at home and abroad have revealed the potential role of lncRNAs in regulating the pathogenesis process of osteoporosis.From the perspective of the regulation of bone marrow mesenchyml stem cells(BMMSCs)differentiation,this paper reviews the effects and mechanisms of action of lncRNAs in osteoporosis to further explore the potential value of lncRNAs in the treatment of osteoporosis.
