珠海市某三甲医院外籍患者门诊就诊现状及护理对策  

Status quo of medical visits of foreign patients to outpatient department of a tertiary A hospital in Zhuhai and nursing countermeasures

摘　　要：目的 了解外籍患者的人口学特征和疾病特点,为提高临床护士的涉外护理服务与管理水平提供依据。方法 收集2021年1-12月2 556例次门诊外籍患者资料,疾病诊断按照国际疾病分类方法(ICD-10)进行统计分析。结果 某院外籍门诊患者来自39个国家,就诊量排前5位的患者国籍依次是美国、英国、马来西亚、俄罗斯和南非;通用语言占比较多的分别是英语、俄语、韩语、日语和葡萄牙语;就诊人数最多的科室分别是精神心理科、皮肤科、儿科和心血管病科;疾病种类分布主要是精神和行为障碍、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病。结论 可根据门诊外籍患者的国籍和疾病特点,合理增加跨文化护理和语种培训,加强专业知识培训,以提升护理工作质量。Objective To investigate the demographic characteristics and disease characteristics of foreign patients to provide a basis for the improvement of the foreign nursing service and management level of clinical nurses.Methods The data of 2556 foreign patients at the outpatient department from January to December 2021 were collected.The statistical analysis on disease diagnosis was performed according to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10).Results The foreign outpatients in the hospital came from 39 countries.The top five nationalities of the outpatients were the United States,the United Kingdom,Malaysia,Russia and South Africa.The common languages were English,Russian,Korean,Japanese and Portuguese.The departments with the largest number of visits are psychiatry,dermatology,pediatric and cardiovascular department.The diseases involved were mainly mental and behavioral disorders,circulatory system diseases,respiratory system diseases and digestive system diseases.Conclusion The cross-cultural nursing and language training may be provided according to the nationalities and disease characteristics of foreign patients at outpatient department to strengthen the training on professional knowledge to improve the nursing quality.
