摘  要:为缓解高海拔矿山掘进作业面低氧问题,将供氧管与环形空气幕相结合,空气幕在作业人员四周形成空气屏障,设计1种用于高海拔矿山掘进工作面的新型供氧装置。以中国云南某海拔3400 m的铜矿为例,运用ANSYS Fluent软件建立掘进工作面空间模型,根据矿山实际情况确定边界条件,对比研究单一供氧管模式和新型供氧装置的富氧效果差异,并分析空气幕出风口形式、风量对富氧效果的影响。研究结果表明:新型供氧装置的富氧效果优于单一供氧管模式;环状缝隙出风口优于圆孔出风口,并且当环状缝隙宽度为0.010 m、风量为0.014 m 3/s时,呼吸带平均氧气质量分数为27.59%,达到最佳富氧效果。新型供氧装置能有效提高作业人员周围呼吸带区域的氧气质量分数。To alleviate the problem of low oxygen in the blind heading face of high-altitude mines,a new type of oxygen supply device was designed for the blind heading face in high-altitude mine.The oxygen supply duct was combined with the annular air curtain,which formed an air barrier around the workers.Taking a copper mine with the altitude of 3400 m in Yunnan,China as an example,the ANSYS Fluent software was used to establish the space model of blind heading face,and the boundary conditions were determined according to the actual situation of the mine.The difference of oxygen enrichment effect between single oxygen supply duct mode and new oxygen supply device was compared,and the influence of the air outlet form and air supply rate of air curtain on the oxygen enrichment effect was analyzed.The results showed that the oxygen enrichment effect of the new oxygen supply device was better than that of the single oxygen supply duct mode.The annular gap air outlet was better than the circular hole air outlet,and when the annular gap width was 0.010 m and the air supply rate was 0.014 m 3/s,the average oxygen mass fraction of the respiratory zone reached 27.59%,which achieved the best oxygen enrichment effect.The new oxygen supply device can effectively improve the oxygen mass fraction in the respiratory zone around the workers.
