摘  要:为研究彩跑粉的爆炸强度和爆炸敏感性,采用20 L球形爆炸实验系统和热重-差热分析仪开展实验,在分析红色彩跑粉爆炸压力和爆炸极限氧浓度(LOC)的基础上,进一步揭示小苏打对红色彩跑粉爆炸极限氧浓度的影响规律。研究结果表明:在玉米粉中添加红色食用色素后形成的彩跑粉会增加爆炸风险,爆炸猛烈度属于St1级;在50~400 g/m^(3)粉尘浓度范围内,红色彩跑粉的LOC值先减小后增大,在200 g/m^(3)时LOC值达到最低9%;当添加不同比例小苏打对红色彩跑粉爆炸风险进行抑制时,发现LOC值随着红色彩跑粉与小苏打混合性粉尘掺混比的增大而增大,在掺混比为50%时,红色彩跑粉与小苏打混合性粉尘的LOC值为21%。研究结果可为彩跑粉加工厂的抑爆和惰化防爆技术提供基础数据参考。To study the explosion strength and explosion sensitivity of color run powder,a 20 L spherical explosion test system and the thermogravimetric-differential thermal analyzer were used to conduct the experiments.On the basis of analyzing the explosion pressure and explosive limit oxygen concentration(LOC)of red color run powder,the influence of baking soda on the explosive LOC of red color run powder was further revealed.The results showed that the color run powder formed by adding red edible pigment to corn flour would increase the risk of explosion,and the explosion intensity belonged to the St1 level.The LOC value of the red color run powder decreased first and then increased within the dust concentration range of 50~400 g/m^(3),and the LOC value reached the minimum value of 9%at 200 g/m^(3).When adding different proportions of baking soda to suppress the red color run powder,it was found that the LOC increased with the increase of the mixing ratio of the mixed dust with red color run powder and baking soda.When the mixing ratio was 50%,the LOC value of the mixed dust with red color run powder and baking soda was 21%.The research can provide basic data reference for the explosion suppression and inerting explosion-proof technology in the processing plant of color run powder.
