乡村振兴视域下村委会工作绩效评价研究

摘　　要：科学评价村委会工作绩效,可以激励和鞭策其努力工作,发现农村基层工作中存在的问题,对症施策,促进农村全面发展。对村委会工作绩效评价应遵循系统全面、客观公正、持续稳定、操作简便的原则,评价指标要涵盖经济、政治、文化、社会和生态环境等诸多方面,计算各评价指标权重时采用了三维确定法,采用FBN认同度评价法进行村委会工作绩效评价。Scientific evaluation of the village party branches’ performance can improve their work and overall development of rural areas. The performance evaluation should be comprehensive, fair, stable, and convenient. The evaluation indexes should cover economy, politics, culture, society, and ecological environment. The weight of each evaluation index is calculated with the three-dimensional determination method, and the work performance of village party branches is evaluated with the FBN identification evaluation method.
