摘　　要：基于人力资本理论视角,利用全国18个省市的微观数据,通过构建二元logistics模型、多元线性模型和Heckman两阶段模型,实证分析人力资本对农村劳动力非农就业的影响。结果表明:人力资本对农村劳动力非农就业存在显著正向影响,即人力资本不仅能够提高劳动力参与非农就业的概率,还能增加其非农就业的收入。同时人力资本对农户非农就业的影响存在地区差异,相对于中部和西部地区,健康状况对于东部地区农户的非农就业影响更大;而受教育程度则更容易影响中西部地区。因此提出增加劳动力接受中高等教育的机会、完善社保制度、加大职业技能培训等政策建议。Based on the perspective of human capital theory, the impact of human capital on nonfarm employment of rural laborers is empirically analyzed by constructing a binary logistics model, a multivariate linear model and a Heckman two-stage model with micro data from 18 provinces and cities nationwide. The results show that there is a significant positive effect of human capital on rural labor’s nonfarm employment, i.e., human capital not only increases the probability of labor’s participation in nonfarm employment, but also increases their income from nonfarm employment. Meanwhile, there are regional differences in the impact of human capital on farm households’ nonfarm employment, with health status having a greater impact on farm households’ nonfarm employment in the eastern region compared to the central and western regions while educational attainment is more likely to affect the central and western regions. Therefore, policy recommendations such as increasing the labor force’s access to secondary and higher educations, improving the social security system, and increasing vocational skills training are proposed.
