摘  要:“双碳”目标实现,离不了供给侧结构清洁取代和需求方电力替代。以新能源技术为主的新电力系统是电力持续发展的必定。对于新电力体系下可再生资源的消纳、电网的安全运营与市场体制机制创新难题,文中提出了基于“NET+GRID+NET”的新型电力系统架构,供求两端“NET”通过物理层面的多能协同、信息层面的数智赋能和机制层面的市场链接,与中间的“GRID”形成更灵活更高效的互动。在此架构基础上,文中从技术、智能化、体制和生态等多个方面提出了对应的实践路径,最后打造了二氧化碳排放最高值和碳排放交易环境下的新式电力系统。The realization of the“dual carbon”goal is inseparable from the clean replacement of the supply-side structure and the replacement of electricity on the demand side.The new power system based on new energy technology is inevitable for the sustainable development of power.For the consumption of renewable resources under the new power system,the safe operation of the power grid and the innovation of market system and mechanism,this paper proposes a new power system architecture based on“NET+GRID+NET”.Multi-functional collaboration,digital intelligence empowerment at the information level,and market linkage at the mechanism level form a more flexible and efficient interaction with the“GRID”in the middle.On the basis of this framework,the paper proposes corresponding practical paths from the aspects of technology,intelligence,system,and ecology,and finally creates a new power system under the environment of maximum carbon dioxide emissions and carbon emissions trading.
