摘 要:在道路交通事故司法鉴定实践中时常会出现涉及多车的交通事故,其复杂程度常常会给办案民警带来诸多难题,对事故的责任认定及后期的民事赔偿也产生巨大挑战。为探讨车速在解决多车复杂事故过程还原中的适用性,本文首先通过事故现场的车辆、路面以及人体生物痕迹特征,并结合动力学理论确定事故中小轿车与摩托车的车速;其次利用车速逆向推算出摩托车上人员的理论抛距;然后将理论抛距与事故现场实际抛距进行比较,说明运用车速进行事故过程重建也可得到客观的分析结果;最后通过PC-crash运动学仿真软件进行事故还原并验证了整个过程。In the practice of judicial expertise of road traffic accidents,traffic accidents involving multiple vehicles often occur and the complexity of the cases often brings many difficulties to traffic police officers handling such cases,and also poses great challenges to the identification of the responsibility of the accident and the later civil compensation.In order to explore the applicability of vehicle speed in solving the process reconstruction of complex traffic accidents involving multiple vehicles,this paper firstly determines the speeds of the accident car and the motorcycle through characteristics of vehicles,road surface and human biological traces at the accident site,and combined with dynamics theory.Secondly,the speeds are used to calculate the theoretical throw distance of persons on the motorcycle.Then the theoretical throw distance is compared with the actual throw distance at the accident site,which shows that the objective analysis results can be obtained by using the speed to reconstruct the accident process.Finally,the whole process is reconstructed and verified by PC-Crash kinematics simulation software,which can be used as reference for peers.
