城市重点片区道路交通拥堵问题治理--以乌鲁木市建国区路为片例

摘  要:重点片区交通拥堵问题一直是困扰城市交通管理部门的重大难题,各地缺乏可借鉴可参考的经验和做法。本文以乌鲁木齐市建国路片区为例,分享交流重点片区的交通拥堵问题治理思路。首先,结合实际调研情况,系统分析了建国路片区交通运行特征和拥堵状况;其次,针对交通特征和拥堵原因,设计提出交通组织优化策略及方案;然后,详细介绍方案及措施的落实情况,实际应用效果表明,这些方案和措施能有效缓解片区交通拥堵;最后,总结提出解决片区交通拥堵问题的思路是系统治理、综合治理、源头治理。Traffic congestion in key areas has always been a major problem for urban traffic management departments,and there is a lack of experience and practices to learn from.This paper takes the area of Jianguo Road in Urumqi as an example to share and exchange ideas on traffic congestion management in key areas.Firstly,combined with the actual investigation,the traffic operation characteristics and congestion situation of the area of Jianguo Road are systematically analyzed.Secondly,according to the traffic characteristics and causes of congestion,the traffic organization optimization strategy and design schemes are designed and proposed.Thirdly,the implementation of the schemes and measures is introduced in detail.The actual application results show that these scheme and measures can effectively alleviate traffic congestion in the area.Finally,it is concluded that the ideas to solve the traffic congestion problem are systematic governance,comprehensive treatment and source management.
