重型货车刹车失灵预警和应急制动系统设计

摘　　要：论文根据重型货车刹车失灵原因以江淮格尔发K5W重型货车为载体进行了刹车失灵预警和应急制动系统设计,制作了仿真电路进行仿真演示,演示达到理想的效果:即当制动系统各装置存在工作异常或即将出现刹车失灵情况即时报警,以提醒驾驶员采取应急措施对车辆进行操控,防止车辆出现失控情况;当车辆出现刹车失灵情况时,所设计的应急制动系统即时进行应急制动,以保证行车安全。According to the reason of heavy truck brake failure,this paper designs the brake failure warning and emergency braking system based on JAC Geer K5W heavy truck as the carrier,and makes the simulation circuit for simulation demonstration,which achieves the ideal effect:when the brake system devices exist abnormal work or about to appear brake failure situation immediate alarm,to remind the driver to take emergency measures to control the vehicle,to prevent the vehicle out of control;when the vehicle brake failure occurs,the emergency braking system is designed to brake immediately to ensure driving safety.
