摘 要:为了研究萜烃对SBS改性沥青技术性能的影响规律,本文选择萜烃作为试验原材料,测量不同萜烃掺量下SBS颗粒粒径大小、SBS改性沥青的48h离析软化点差、延度、135℃旋转黏度、针入度、软化点以及老化后指标。试验结果表明:萜烃的掺入有助于SBS在剪切过程中被剪切为更小的粒径;萜烃对SBS改性沥青低温延性以及抗老化性能有一定程度的提升;掺有萜烃的SBS改性沥青在老化过程中质量损失较大;萜烃能够通过减小SBS颗粒的粒径进而有效地提升SBS改性沥青的高温贮存稳定性。In order to study the influence laws of terpene hydrocarbons on SBS modified asphalt technical performance,terpene hydrocarbons are selected as experimental raw materials to measure the particle size of SBS particles,the 48h segregation softening point difference,ductility,135°C rotational viscosity,needle penetration,softening point and post-aging index of SBS modified asphalt under different terpene hydrocarbon doping amounts.The experimental results show that the incorporation of terpene hydrocarbons helps SBS to be sheared into a smaller particle size during the shearing process.Terpene hydrocarbons have improved the low temperature ductility and anti-aging performance of SBS modified asphalt to a certain level.SBS modified asphalt doped with terpene hydrocarbons has a large quality loss during aging;Terpene hydrocarbons can effectively improve the high temperature storage stability of SBS modified asphalt by reducing the particle size of SBS particles.
