摘 要:该文研制了一种可使用实际零件为试样,以油田地下产出液为介质的摩擦副摩擦磨损模拟试验机。试验机由机械系统、测控系统与人机交互系统组成,可通过物联网程序在手机移动端监测与控制试验过程。在常规工况和极端工况试验条件下,试验机机械系统与控制系统满足设计要求,试验过程中试验机运行平稳,加载控制参数稳定,该试验机可开展杆套类柱面摩擦副在模拟实际工况条件下的摩擦学性能试验,获得摩擦副的磨损规律。试验机的研制,为杆套类柱面摩擦副性能评价提供了新的试验手段,丰富了机械设计、摩擦原理与工程材料等实验课程的形式与内容,提升了实验教学质量与效果。In this paper,a friction and wear simulation test machine is developed,which can take actual parts as samples and take the underground produced fluid of oil field as the medium.The test machine is composed of mechanical system,measurement and control system and human-computer interaction system,which can monitor and control the test process at the mobile terminal of mobile phone through the Internet of things program.The mechanical system and control system of the testing machine meet the design requirements through the tests of conventional working conditions and extreme working conditions.During the test,the testing machine runs smoothly and the loading control parameters are stable.The testing machine can be carried out the tribological performance test of the rod sleeve cylindrical friction pair under the simulated actual working conditions and obtain the wear law of the friction pair.The development of the testing machine provides a new test means for the performance evaluation of rod sleeve cylindrical friction pairs,enriches the form and content of experimental courses such as mechanical design,friction principle and engineering materials,and improves the quality and effect of experimental teaching.
