摘　　要：该文依据国家有关规定制定安全管理考查指标,分别对重庆市行政管理部门和相关实验室开展生物安全管理调查,结果显示,全市41个区域的卫生健康行政部门中,成立生物安全领导小组、办理辖区内菌(毒)种或样本运输,以及开展年度督查的部门有39家,占95.12%;全市31家BSL-2实验室中,生物安全委员会职能发挥不够和消毒灭菌规程不完善的有17家,占54.84%,重要设备使用维护记录不全的有11家,占35.48%。重庆市实验室生物安全管理总体规范,但也存在薄弱环节,建议从网络平台、管理体系、培训考核等方面加强管理。In this paper,the safety management indicators are formulated according to the relevant national regulations,and the biosafety management survey is carried out on the administrative departments and related laboratories in Chongqing.The results shows that among the health administrative departments in 41 regions of the city,39 departments(95.12%)establishs biosafety leading group,handles the transportation of bacterial(virus)species or samples in the jurisdiction,and carries out annual supervision.Of the 31 BSL-2 laboratories in the city,17(54.84%)has insufficient functions of the biosafety committee and imperfect disinfection and sterilization procedures,and 11(35.48%)has incomplete records of the use and maintenance of important equipment.The laboratory biosafety management in Chongqing is generally standardized,but there are also weak links.It is suggested to strengthen the management from the aspects of network platform,management system,training and assessment.
