摘 要:为探讨多煤层重复采动影响下巷道变形破坏严重等问题,以贵州发耳煤矿+980 m水平巷道为背景,分析了该矿地质条件,+980 m水平巷道穿过多层软弱煤岩体,且邻近多个工作面受重复采动影响,导致巷道顶板破碎、底板底鼓严重、锚杆锚索变形失效等问题。采用UDEC 3.0软件分析了多煤层重复采动下巷道围岩应力演化规律以及巷道围岩破坏特征,基于此提出了联合支护技术,并在现场进行施工应用。现场监测结果表明,修复加固段巷道在50 d监测期间,顶板、底板及两帮位移量仅分别为26,56,26 mm,巷道围岩裂隙基本被浆液充填,巷道围岩变形基本得到控制。In order to explore the problems of serious roadway deformation and damage under the influence of repeated mining of multiple coal seams,the geological conditions of the mine were analyzed in the context of the+980 m roadway at Fa′er Coal Mine in Guizhou,where the+980 m roadway passes through multiple layers of soft coal and rock bodies,and the adjacent multiple working faces are affected by repeated mining,leading to problems such as broken roadway roofs,serious bottom drums and deformation and failure of anchor rods and anchor cables.The UDEC 3.0 software was used to analyze the stress evolution pattern and damage characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock under repeated mining of multiple coal seams,based on which the joint support technology was proposed and applied in the field.The field monitoring results show that the deformation of the roof,floor and two sides of the roadway in the repaired and reinforced section were only 26,56,26 mm during the 50d monitoring period,and the fissures in the surrounding rock of the roadway were basically filled with slurry,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was basically controlled.
