摘 要:通过理论计算、工程类比和数值模拟综合方法,找出了垂距76.6 m两煤层工作面外错120 m为最优错距,该空间布局能够避免巷道回采动压影响,有利于巷道围岩稳定性控制,为类似条件下工作面布置提供参考。计算机模拟再现了1126(1)工作面采动压力分布规律,即前支撑压力大于后支撑压力,采空区下为应力降低区,压力较小;巷道布置在采动拉伸范围内,巷道变形破坏严重;布置在采空区塌陷拉伸范围之外,则几乎不受影响。由此反演出11-2煤层采空区塌陷边界移动角约为34°,经现场验证该参数合理可靠,为后续工作面空间布置提供了理论支撑。通过计算机模拟和现场验证得出巷道最优支护参数,巷道围岩监测结果表明,巷道围岩控制效果较好。工业性试验证实下采上掘能够实现平行作业,为工作面接替准备赢得了时间,有效缓解了矿井采场接替紧张局面。Through the comprehensive method of theoretical calculation,engineering analogy and numerical simulation,it is found that the optimal dislocation distance of 120 m is the outer dislocation distance of working face in two coal seams with vertical distance of 76.6 m.This spatial layout can avoid the influence of mining dynamic pressure along the tunnel and is beneficial to the stability control of surrounding rock.It provides reference for the layout of working face under similar conditions.The computer simulation reproduces the mining pressure distribution law of 1126(1)working face,that is,the front support pressure is greater than the back support pressure,the stress reduction area is under the goaf,the pressure is small;The roadway was arranged within the mining-induced stretching range,and the roadway deformation and damage were serious.The roadway was arranged outside the goaf collapse stretching range,and it was basically not affected.Thus,the moving Angle of the goaf collapse boundary of 11-2 coal seam was inverted to be about 34°,which was verified on site as reasonable and reliable,and provided theoretical support for the subsequent spatial layout of working face.Through computer simulation and field verification,the supporting parameters of roadway are modified dynamically,and the optimal supporting parameters of roadway are obtained.The monitoring results of roadway surrounding rock show that the control effect of roadway surrounding rock is good,and the maintenance cost of roadway is saved about 4.5 million yuan.The industrial test proves that the parallel operation can be realized in the upper and lower mining,which wins the precious time for the work face replacement preparation,and effectively relieves the tension of the mine stope replacement.
