摘 要:针对郭屯煤矿巨厚松散层薄基岩厚煤层开采后覆岩的破坏特征,通过工作面浅部区域的地层赋存特征分析,建立与其条件相似的数值计算模型,对比分析了不同采煤工艺覆岩的破坏特征,研究了深井提限开采覆岩的变形破坏特征,分析了裂缝发育抑制作用机制。研究表明:煤层厚度为9 m,分别采用自下而上分层开采、预采顶分层网下综合机械化放顶煤开采和综合机械化放顶煤开采,导水裂缝带最大发育高度分别为40.7、45.1、70.0 m,垮落带最大高度分别为16.2、26.3、36.2 m;垮落带高度符合传统条件开采一般规律,但由于基岩薄且风化削弱岩层强度,采空区上覆岩层下沉较快,上部采动得不到充分发育且很被快压实愈合,且工作面新近系底界为巨厚粘土层,塑性强,很好地抑制冒落带和导水裂隙带的发育,从而导致巨厚松散层薄基岩区开采导水裂缝带高度较一般条件下要小。According to the failure characteristics of overburden after mining in Guotun Coal Mine,through the analysis of stratum occurrence characteristics in the shallow area of the working face,a numerical calculation model similar to its conditions is established,the failure characteristics of overburden in different mining processes are compared and analyzed,the deformation and failure characteristics of overburden in deep well lifting mining are studied,and the inhibition mechanism of fracture development is analyzed.The research shows that the thickness of the coal seam is 9 m,and the top-down layered mining,pre-mining top layered lower comprehensive mechanized top coal caving mining and comprehensive mechanized top coal caving mining are adopted respectively.The maximum development height of the water diversion fracture zone is 40.7 m,45.1 m and 70.0 m respectively,and the maximum height of the caving zone is 16.0 m respectively 2 m,26.3 m and 36.2 m.The height of the caving zone conforms to the general law of traditional mining conditions.However,due to the thin bedrock and weathering weakening the rock stratum strength,the overburden in the goaf sinks rapidly,the upper mining is not fully developed and is quickly compacted and healed,and the Neogene bottom boundary of the working face is a huge thick clay layer with strong plasticity,which can well inhibit the development of the caving zone and water diversion fracture zone.As a result,the height of the water diversion fracture zone in the mining area of extremely thick loose layer and thin bedrock is smaller than that under general conditions.
