高寒地区极低气温下胶带接头快速施工工艺研究与应用

摘　　要：天山矿业公司俄霍布拉克煤矿地处我国西部天山腹地高寒地区,矿区南工业广场地面多部胶带运输机安装在室外,冬季严寒气温下钉制胶带接头速度慢,影响矿井生产和销售。经现场研究和实践,现场采用暖气吹管预热胶带施工工艺,能大大提高胶带接头的压制效率,同时能够较大幅度提升产品合格率和使用寿命,为企业带来丰厚的经济效益。the Ohorbulak Coal Mine of Ten-zan Mining Co.,Ltd.is located in the Alpine region of the hinterland of Ten-zan in the west of China,in winter,the speed of nailing adhesive tape joint is slow in freezing temperature,which affects the production and sale of mine.In view of the above problems,through the analysis and study of the temperature characteristics of the rubber material,the method of preheating the tape with the heating and ventilating duct is adopted on the spot,which effectively solves the above problems and greatly improves the pressing efficiency of the tape joint,at the same time,the qualified rate and the service life of the products have been greatly increased,which has brought great economic benefits to the enterprises.
