摘　　要：为提高冲击地压矿井钻屑监测智能化水平,张双楼煤矿联合河北冀煤机械制造有限公司研制推出一款自动化程度较高、适用于采区巷道的煤粉智能钻屑监测钻机。该监测钻机已成功应用于张双楼煤矿,实现了钻屑监测智能化采样,为冲击地压矿井钻屑监测提供了新方法,为其他矿井提供了借鉴和参考。The monitoring of drilling cuttings in rock burst mine usually consists of manual drilling,collecting coal powder and weighing records,in order to improve the intelligent level of drilling cuttings monitoring,zhangshuanglou Coal Mine and Hebei Hebei Coal Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.developed a high degree of automation,suitable for the mining area roadway of coal dust intelligent drilling cuttings monitoring rig.At present,the monitoring rig has been successfully applied in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine,which realizes intelligent sampling of drilling cuttings monitoring and provides a new method for monitoring cuttings in rock burst mine.
