摘 要:基于PLC联网、万兆工业以太环网、组态软件等关键技术在智能化矿山的应用,研究了“智能矿山一体化智能控制平台”建设策略和方法:在万兆环网的设计中要充分考量先进性、隔离性、便捷性、可靠性等性能指标,在接驳子系统业务时要考量接入和承载的便捷性、兼容性;在PLC联网中要充分考量先进性和兼容性;在组态集成软件选型中要充分考量软件系统智能性、易扩展、易通用、易维护性等等。通过这些关键技术在矿井综合一体化智能控制平台的应用,实现了矿山各工业子系统的智能集成控制、多业务多数据信息系统的智能融合,为建设“智能矿山”提供了思路。Based on the application process of PLC networking,Wan trillion Industrial Ethernet ring network,configuration software and other key technologies in intelligent mine,the strategy and method of building intelligent mine integrated intelligent control platform are advanced.When connecting subsystem services,consider the convenience and compatibility of access and bearing;We should fully consider the advanced nature and compatibility in PLC networking.In the selection of configuration integration software,we should fully consider the intelligence,easy expansion,easy universality,easy maintenance and so on.Through the application of these key technologies in the mine integrated intelligent control platform,the intelligent integrated control of various industrial subsystems and the intelligent integration of multi business and multi data information systems are realized,which puts forward an idea on how to build an"intelligent mine".
