摘  要:目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)模型在降低神经外科动力系统故障率中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2020年3—8月和2021年3—8月神经外科动力系统故障情况,比较实施FMEA管理前和管理后的动力系统故障情况。结果与实施FMEA管理前相比,实施FMEA管理后的临床医护操作不当、消毒供应中心操作不规范、临床工程处维修及保养不足、操作流程缺陷、器械无法定位追踪等失效模式的风险优先数(RPN)评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用FMEA模型对神经外科动力系统进行管理,可以降低动力系统故障率,提高手术质量及安全性。Objective To investigate the application value of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)model in reducing the failure rate of neurosurgical dynamic system.Methods The failure conditions of neurosurgical dynamic system in ouRhospital from March to August in 2020 and March to August in 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the conditions of failures of neurosurgical dynamic system were compared before and afteRthe implementation of FMEA management.Results Compared with effect before the implementation of FMEA management,the scores of risk priority numbeR(RPN)of failure modes such as impropeRclinical medical operation,non-standard operation of disinfection supply center,insufficient repaiRand maintenance of equipment department,defects of operation process,and equipment failure to locate and track were significantly reduced afteRthe implementation of FMEA management(P<0.05).Conclusion FoRthe management of neurosurgical dynamical system,application of FMEA model can reduce the failure rate of dynamical system,and improve the quality and safety of operation.
