清华大学早期建筑文物保护规划的实践与探索

摘　　要：我国文化遗产的保护利用仍在不断推动机制体制创新。清华大学早期建筑是具有历史片区形态,同时归属高校管理的教育遗产。对于该类建筑文物的保护规划编制借鉴和吸纳了活态遗产和城市历史景观的理念及方法,在遗产认知、核心管控策略和规划协调机制等层面进行创新尝试。其目的不仅是关注文物的健康状态,更要有效维护文物本体、历史环境与更广阔的外部环境之间的协调关系,达成文物保护和学校可持续发展需求间的平衡。清华大学早期建筑文物保护规划创新为我国高校文化遗产的保护利用提供了有益借鉴。The protection and utilization of China’s cultural heritage is con-stantly promoting institutional innovation.The early buildings of Tsinghua University are in the form of historical districts and are educational heritages managed by the university.Its protection planning draws on and absorbs the concepts and methods of living heritage and urban historical landscape,and makes innovative attempts at the aspects of heritage cognition,man-agement strategies,and planning coordination mechanisms.The purpose is not only to pay attention to the health status of cultural heritage,but also to effectively maintain the coordination relationship between cultural heritage,the historical environment and the wider external environment,to achieve a balance between protection and development.The case of Tsinghua Univer-sity provides a useful reference for the protection and utilization of cultural heritage in Chinese universities.
