摘  要:在数字农业农村建设背景下,农产品电商的蓬勃发展为农村女性带来了新的发展机遇。本文选取青海、内蒙古、四川、云南、甘肃5省(区)的58位从事农产品电商的农村女性作为案例分析对象,观察农村女性参与农产品电商的过程,并对农村女性在这一过程中的自身发展进行分析。研究发现,农村女性在参与农产品电商的过程中突破了社会性别结构,拓展了发展空间,具体表现为她们连接市场,突破了传统性别分工模式;实现“家门口”创就业,缓和了工作—家庭冲突;释放性别优势,让自身、家庭以及社会重新认识了女性价值。作为赋能的结果,农村女性的个体能力、人际交往能力以及社会参与能力得到提高。然而,受制于农产品电商还处于发展初期以及农村女性自身面临的结构性困境,农村女性在参与农产品电商的过程中仍然面临着一些生产性和社会性的难题,农村女性群体的赋能空间尚需进一步拓展。With the development of the digital countryside strategy,the rise of agricultural products e-commerce has brought new development opportunities for rural women.This study takes 58 rural women engaged in agricultural products e-commerce in 5 provinces including Qinghai,Inner Mongolia,Sichuan,Yunnan and Gansu as case study objects,and combines empowerment theory to conduct an in-depth analysis of the process of rural women's participation in agricultural e-commerce and the impact on their own development.The study shows that rural women have broken through the gender structure and expanded their development space in the process of participating in agricultural e-commerce.Specifically,rural women's participation in agricultural e-commerce not only linked them to the market,but also has broken through the traditional gender division of labor.This participation has enabled them to start their own businesses and employment close to home and has reduced the conflict between work and family.In addition,women's gender strengths are effectively used and the value of women to themselves,to their families and to society is reawakened well.As a result of empowerment,rural women's abilities have been enhanced in three dimensions,individual,interpersonal and social participation.However,due to the early stage of development of agricultural products e-commerce and the structural dilemmas faced by rural women,it is certain that they still face some productive and social challenges in their participation in agri-business that requires further attention.
