摘 要:光伏玻璃作为太阳能电池的重要组件,其品质对太阳能电池组件的性能有重要影响。研究光伏玻璃压延成型过程中温度场的影响规律对于获得优质的光伏玻璃制品具有十分重要的意义。本文采用数值模拟的方法研究了压延辊速度、压下率、压延辊直径和压延辊表面温度等参数对光伏玻璃压延成型过程中温度场的影响规律。结果表明,在其他条件相同的情况下,压延辊转速越高,压延辊直径越大,压延辊表面温度越高时,玻璃在压延结束离开压延辊后的温度越高;而压下率越大,玻璃在压延结束离开压延辊后的温度越低。模拟结果表明与传统理论基本一致,表明所建模型具有较高的可信度,为玻璃压延时温度场的设定提供了一定的依据。Photovoltaic glass is an important component of solar cells,and its quality has an important impact on the performance of solar cell modules.Studying the influence law of the temperature field in the rolling process of photovoltaic glass is of great significance for obtaining high-quality photovoltaic glass products.In this paper,numerical simulation method is used to study the influence law of the speed,reduction ratio,diameter and surface temperature of calender roll on the temperature field during the calendaring of photovoltaic glass.The results show that,under the same conditions,the higher the rotation speed of the calender roll,the larger the diameter of the calender roll,and the higher the surface temperature of the calender roll,the higher the temperature of the glass after it leaves the calender roll at the end of calendering and the greater the reduction rate,the lower the temperature of the glass after it leaves the calender roll at the end of calendering.The simulation results show that it is basically consistent with the traditional theory,indicating that the built model has a high degree of credibility,and provides a certain basis for the setting of the temperature field of the glass calendering.
