摘 要:一些以镀锌钢板为基材制备的高速护栏、核反应堆钢构等零部件表面往往要求较高的耐腐蚀性能和较低的摩擦系数,为此,需要在这些零部件表面进行涂刷磷化和皂化处理。本文综述了镀锌钢板表面涂刷磷化、皂化处理的反应机理、溶液成分、工艺技术特点、工艺流程等,分析了其对所制备膜层的耐腐蚀性能和摩擦系数的影响规律。结合作者对国内外不同厂家镀锌钢板的分析结果,阐述了表面低摩擦系数所需要的磷化皂化处理技术特点,并结合实际工程的需要,对镀锌钢板表面涂刷磷化、皂化处理工艺的发展提出了建议与展望。Some high-speed guardrail,nuclear reactor steel structure and other parts prepared with galvanized steel plate as the base material often require high corrosion resistance and low friction coefficient,so it is necessary to apply brush phosphating and saponification treatment on the surface of these parts.In this paper,the reaction mechanism,solution composition,technological characteristics and technological process of phosphating and saponification treatment on the surface of galvanized steel sheet were summarized.The influence of the coating on the corrosion resistance and friction coefficient of the film was analyzed.Combined with the author's analysis results of galvanized steel sheets from different manufacturers at home and abroad,the characteristics of phosphating saponification treatment technology required for low friction coefficient of surface were expounded.Combined with the needs of practical engineering,suggestions and prospects for the development of phosphating and saponification treatment technology of galvanized steel plate surface were put forward.
