摘　　要：某电工纯铁产品发蓝后表面容易出现白色析出物、压痕以及红色挂霜等异常现象。结合该产品实际机械加工过程,深入分析异常发生的原因。研究结果表明:控制机械加工尺寸,细化清洗要求,控制槽液浓度以及加强发蓝过程夹具抖动,可以消除上述发蓝后的异常问题,提高产品质量。A series of unexpected appearances were presented on the surface of electromagnetism pure iron after bluing,including white precipitates,indentations and red frosting and so on.A deeply analysis of these abnormal phenomena combined with the actual machining process was made.The analytic results indicate that quality promotion of product could be controlled by machining precision,accurate cleanliness,concentration of bath solution and waggle stepped-up of fixture during bluing process to overcome the disadvantages mentioned above.
