摘 要:钝化锆是镀锡板产品关键指标之一。对镀锡板中钝化锆剥离、仪器参数优化、校准曲线制备研究,建立电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定镀锡板中钝化锆。选择波长为343.823 nm谱线为锆分析线,锆光谱强度与锆质量含量呈线性关系,线性回归方程为y=4432.12x-21.09。应用该方法检测镀锡板中钝化锆,检测结果相对标准偏差为3.4%~9.0%,加标回收实验回收率为96.3%~103.3%。该方法与光度法比对,检测结果无显著性差异,完全满足镀锡板生产钝化锆指标监控要求。Passivated zirconium is one of the key indexes of tinplate products.Passivated zirconium stripping,instrument parameters,calibration curve preparation were studied.Determination of passivat‐ed zirconium of tin plate by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established.The wavelength of 343.823 nm was selected as analytical line for zirconium.Linear relationship between values of spectral intensity of zirconium and content of zirconium was obtained by the linear regression equation of y=4432.12x-21.09.The proposed method was applied to the determination of passivated zirconium in actual sample.The relative standard deviation was 3.4%to 9.0%,and the recovery was between 96.3%‒103.3%.Compared with photometry method,there was no significant difference.The method meets the monitoring requirements of passivated zirconium of tin plating plate production.
