摘 要:以牛田洋特大桥为应用对象,将两个横向钢阻尼器进行背对背组装,同时检测了横向钢阻尼器的横桥向减震功能与纵桥向减震功能。通过数值模拟获得了横向钢阻尼器的垂向反力、滞回曲线、接触应力及双弧形钢的等效塑性应变;为了验证数值模拟结果的合理性,利用二维加载试验机对横向钢阻尼器进行垂向荷载加载下纵向水平滑动的循环加载试验,获取了其滞回曲线、等效阻尼比、接触特性与侧面SF-1耐磨条的摩擦系数。结果表明:横向钢阻尼器既能实现双弧形钢的横向弹塑性变形,又能实现纵向导轨的纵向水平滑动,验证了横向钢阻尼器同时具备横桥向减震功能与纵桥向减震功能,且两者互不干涉。双弧形钢T形段采用双斜面或平面设计,且纵向导轨的结构进行相应调整,避免了关键耐磨部件斜面耐磨板的局部挤压破坏。Two transverse steel dampers were assembled back-to-back in Niu-Tian-Yang Bridge,and the transverse and longitudinal functions of the transverse steel dampers were tested.Vertical reaction,hysteresis curve and contact stress of the dampers and equivalent plastic strain of double arc steel were obtained by numerical simulation.In order to verify the rationality of the simulation results,a two-dimensional loading machine was used to carry out the periodic displacement test under the condition of vertical load,and the hysteresis curve,equivalent damping ratio,contact characteristics of the dampers,and the friction coefficient of the side SF-1 wear strip were obtained.The results show that the transverse steel damping device can not only realize the transverse elastic-plastic deformation of the double-arc steel,but also realize the longitudinal horizontal sliding of the longitudinal guide groove,which indirectly proves that the transverse steel damper has both transverse and longitudinal damping functions without interference.The double arc steel T-shaped section adopts double bevel or plane design and the structure of the longitudinal guide groove is adjusted to avoid the local extrusion damage of the key wear-resistant parts of the inclined wear plate.
