摘  要:AOD工艺是一种先进的现代冶炼不锈钢的工艺技术,国内较多历史悠久的不锈钢厂,一般采用水冷系统对其冶炼产生的烟气做降温除尘处理,其高温烟气中的热量没有得到利用,为了响应国家相关的节能减排政策,将AOD炉除尘烟道的水冷系统改造为汽化冷却系统,将排烟中的热量进行回收利用,降低炼钢成本。在该过程中,应用了诸如镍基合金堆焊等表面处理技术以提高锅炉的性能及使用寿命。The AOD process is an advanced modern stainless steel smelting process technology.Many domestic stainless steel plants with a long history generally use water cooling systems to cool and remove the flue gas produced by their smelting.The heat in the high-temperature flue gas is not used.In response to the relevant national energy saving and emission reduction policies,the water cooling system of the dust removal flue of the AOD furnace was transformed into a vaporization cooling system,the heat in the exhaust gas was recycled and used,and the steelmaking cost was reduced.In this process,surface treatment technologies such as nickel-based alloy surfacing are applied to improve the performance and service life of the boiler.
