基于修正Shapley值法的新农人与小农户利益分配方案优化研究--以太湖源镇天目雷笋有限公司为例

摘　　要：构建新农人与小农户的利益共同体是实现乡村振兴的重要条件,而作为乡村振兴主力军的新农人和小农户始终处于合作博弈的状态.双方在合作中创造了额外收益,但传统的利益分配方案更侧重新农人利益,忽视了小农户利益,不利于合作的稳定.因此,基于修正Shapley值法优化了新农人、合作社和小农户的利益分配方案,并量化了各主体在合作中应得的利益分配和利益补偿,同时采用杭州市天目雷笋有限公司的案例进行实证检验.研究发现:修正Shapley值方案充分考虑了各参与方对联盟利益的贡献率和承担的风险,更具科学性、公平性.据此,利用修正Shapley值法优化了新农人与小农户的利益分配方案.New farmers and small farmers,the main forces for the rejuvenation of a village,are always in the state of a cooperative game.The two parties have created additional gains in cooperation,but the traditional benefit distribution scheme,which rewires agronomic interests more laterally while ignoring small farmers’interests,is detrimental to the stability of cooperation.Therefore,optimizing the benefit distribution scheme for new farmers,cooperatives and smallholders based on the modified Shapley value method,the present paper quantifies the benefit distribution and benefit compensation that each subject deserves in cooperation.Through an empirical test of a particular case,it is found that a modified Shapley value scheme,which adequately accounts for the contribution rate and risk-taking of each participant to the Union’s interests,is more scientific and equitable.On this basis,the modified Shapley value method is used to optimize the benefit distribution scheme between new farmers and small farmers.
