摘 要:针对导航卫星在研制中识别与控制中断风险的工程需求,分析了导航信号中断的复杂性,针对现有中断分析方法的不足,提出了全层级、多维度且融合了危害时间模型的中断分析方法,并给出中断分析流程。通过相关性分析快速定位导致卫星信号中断的底层单元清单,解决了中断关键环节识别全面性的问题;针对传统技术未考虑中断相关性及中断传播不确定性的问题,提出了综合考察中断风险评估三要素并引入中断传播概率的危害时间模型进行定量评估的方法,实现对中断关键环节的准确识别。该方法适用于星座和卫星的各类中断关键环节识别,已应用于北斗导航卫星系统。According to the requirement of identifying and controlling outage risks in the development of navigation satellites,this paper analyzes the complexity of navigation signal outage.In view of the deficiency of existing analytical methods,a full-level and multi-dimensional outage analysis method using hazard time model is proposed.Through correlation analysis,the list of the underlying units causing signal outage can be quickly located and the comprehensive problem of identifying the key links of outage can be solved.Aiming at the problem that the traditional techniques do not consider the outage correlation and the uncertainty of outage propagation,a quantitative of outage evaluation is proposed,which comprehensively examines the three elements of outage evaluation and introduces the probability of outage propagation.This method can be used to identify the weak points of constellation and satellite outage.It has been applied in the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System.
