摘  要:为适应中高温中高盐的油藏条件,需要研制成胶时间长、稳定性好且成本低的冻胶堵剂。针对水中盐质量浓度分别为10174、41529 mg/L,温度分别为70、90℃的条件,考察了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(G3515)与交联剂水溶性酚醛树脂(PR)的成胶规律。结果表明:在G3515质量分数0.4%~1.0%、PR质量分数0.4%~1.0%范围内,70、90℃均可形成储能模量3 Pa以上强度的冻胶;当盐质量浓度为10174 mg/L时,70℃下冻胶老化180 d稳定性良好,90℃下冻胶老化120 d储能模量略有下降,其中PR质量分数低于0.6%的冻胶脱水率偏高;当盐质量浓度为41529 mg/L时,70℃冻胶老化180 d储能模量增加,90℃下PR质量分数高于0.8%形成的冻胶老化60 d严重脱水收缩、储能模量大幅度升高。对冻胶老化前后进行红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和冷冻扫描电镜分析。结果表明:盐质量浓度10174 mg/L、PR质量分数低于0.6%形成的冻胶强度降低是由于聚合物的氧化降解;而盐质量浓度41529 mg/L、PR质量分数高于0.8%所形成冻胶脱水收缩,一方面是由于部分伯酰胺与PR反应形成仲酰胺使冻胶亲水性下降,另一方面是伯酰胺水解形成的羧酸根与钙镁离子螯合导致“过交联”。In order to adapt the conditions of medium-high temperature and medium-high salinity oil reservoirs,the gel with long gelation time,good stability and low cost are required.Here,the gelation law of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(G3515)cross-linked phenol-formaldehyde resin(PR)was investigated with the salinity of 10174 mg/L,41529 mg/L,and the temperature at 70℃and 90℃.The results show that gels with storage modulus greater than 3 Pa are obtained at 70℃and 90℃when the mass fraction of G3515 was 0.4%—1.0%and the mass fraction of PR was 0.4%—1.0%.When the salinity is 10174 mg/L,the gels shows a good long-term stability for 180 d at 70℃.The storage modulus of the gels aged for 120 d have slight strength reduction at 90℃,and the dehydration rate of the gels with mass fraction of PR less than 0.6%is higher.When the salinity is 41529 mg/L,the storage modulus of the gels aged for 180 d increase at 70℃,and the gels aged for 60 d at 90℃with the mass fraction of PR higher than 0.8%have severe syneresis and significant storage modulus increase.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Cryo-scanning electron microscope analysis of the gels before and after aging show that the strength reduction of the gels with salinity of 10174 mg/L and the mass faction of PR lower than 0.6%is caused by the oxidative degradation of the polymer.The syneresis of gels with salinity of 41529 mg/L and the mass faction of PR higher than 0.8%is due to the reaction of some primary amides with PR to form secondary amides,which reduces the hydrophilicity of polymer,and the chelation of calcium and magnesium ions with the carboxylate formed by hydrolysis of the primary amides,which leads to over crosslinking.
