摘 要:为了研究活性染料在液体石蜡(LP)非水介质体系中的水解性能及相关的染色性能,选用两只单活性基活性染料C.I.活性红24(一氯均三嗪型)和C.I.活性蓝19(乙烯砜型),应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,分析活性染料在LP-微水体系(不含纤维)和LP-微水染色体系(含纤维)中的水解性能,并与十甲基环五硅氧烷(D5)非水介质体系以及常规水浴体系相比较,考察温度和pH等工艺因素对活性染料水解性能的影响。结果表明:在相同的pH和温度条件下,活性染料在LP非水介质体系中的水解率与D5非水介质体系中的水解率相当,且均明显低于水浴体系中的水解率;在常规水浴染色体系中,C.I.活性红24的水解率高达42%-65%(pH=10-11,温度70-90℃),C.I.活性蓝19的水解率高达15%-32%(pH=10-11,温度60-80℃),而在LP非水介质染色体系中这两只染料的水解率均低于2.22%,上染却占绝对优势(在棉上的上染率高达97%),以致pH和温度对染料水解率的影响都很小(在一定范围内),因而活性染料的LP非水介质体系染色可调控在较低的染色温度和pH条件下进行,以利于纺织染整的节能降耗和可持续发展。In order to study the hydrolysis properties and related dyeing properties of reactive dyes in the liquid paraffin(LP)non-aqueous medium system,two reactive dyes with single-reactive group,C.I.Reactive Red 24(Monochlorotriazine type)and C.I.Reactive Blue 19(Vinyl sulfone type)were selected,then the hydrolysis properties of the reactive dyes in the LP micro-water system(without fibers)and LP micro-water dyeing system(with fibers)were studied using the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analysis method,and the LP micro-water system was compared with the non-aqueous medium system of decamethylcyclopentasiloxane(D5)and the conventional water bath system.Also,the effects of temperature and pH on the hydrolysis performance of reactive dyes were investigated.The results showed that,under the same pH and temperature conditions,the hydrolysis rate of reactive dyes in the LP non-aqueous medium system was equivalent to that in D5 non-aqueous medium system,and was significantly lower than that in the water bath system.The hydrolysis rate of C.I.Reactive Red 24 was 42%-65%(pH=10-11,70-90℃),and that of C.I.Reactive Blue 19 was 15%-32%(pH=10-11,60-80℃)in conventional water bath dyeing system,while the hydrolysis rates of the two dyes in the LP non-aqueous medium dyeing system were both lower than 2.22%,and the dye uptake was dominant(up to 97%on cotton),so that the effect of pH and temperature on the hydrolysis rate of dyes was very small accordingly(within a specific range).Therefore,the dyeing of reactive dyes in LP non-aqueous medium dyeing system can be regulated at lower temperature and pH value to save energy and reduce consumption,which is beneficial to the sustainable development of textile dyeing and finishing.
