摘　　要：贸易形势变化直接影响到贸易企业的生存环境和贸易结构,进而也波及跨境电商物流企业。在这一背景下,跨境电商物流联盟的现实发展受制于国际政治经贸环境的较大影响,系统性风险日益提升。文章立足于当前复杂贸易形势下,对跨境电商物流联盟的发展现状及其面临的风险类型进行分析,在内部和外部风险高发的情势下重点对其面临的经济环境风险、市场风险、融资风险、物流能力风险进行研究,针对性的提升跨境电商物流联盟的风险防范水平,为积极有效地应对新贸易形势下跨境电商物流环境的变化提供有益的帮助。The change of trade situation directly affects the living environment and trade structure of trade enterprises, and further affects cross-border e-commerce logistics enterprises. In this context, the actual development of cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance is subject to the greater impact of the international political and economic environment, and the systematic risk is increasing. Based on the current complex trade situation, the article analyzes the development status of cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance and the types of risks it faces, focuses on the economic environment risks, market risks, financing risks, and logistics capacity risks it faces under the situation of high internal and external risks. The research aims to improve the risk prevention level of cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance. It will provide useful help to actively and effectively respond to the changes in the cross-border e-commerce logistics environment under the new trade situation.
