执法规范化视角下治安调解工作的完善

摘　　要：治安调解是法律赋予公安机关化解社会矛盾纠纷、维护社会和谐稳定的一种重要方式和手段。从执法规范化的视角来看,在治安调解实践中,由于相关的法律规定较为模糊、公安民警的治安调解水平不高、治安调解缺乏有效监督等原因,导致公安机关的治安调解工作无法发挥其应有的社会功能。文章针对在治安调解工作中存在的问题提出相应的完善措施,以切实有效地提升治安调解在构建社会主义和谐社会中的实际效用。Public security mediation is an important way and means entrusted by law to public security organs to resolve social conflicts and disputes and maintain social harmony and stability. From the perspective of law enforcement standardization, in the practice of public security mediation, the public security mediation work of public security organs cannot play its social functions due to the vague legal provisions, the low level of public security mediation of public security police, the lack of effective supervision of public security mediation and other reasons. The article puts forward corresponding improvement measures to solve the problems in the work of public security mediation to effectively enhance the practical effectiveness of public security mediation in building a socialist harmonious society.
