全媒体时代高校“微管理”理念创新及模式构建

摘　　要：全媒体时代下,高校师生事务“微管理”模式建构的功能定位要立足于“传递信息、互动参与、专业服务”等理念,通过搭建多元化信息传播平台、校园舆情的引导平台和校园公众交流的平台,建立起用于“微管理”的校园制度、工作团队、语体框架及媒介平台,让高校“微管理”真正成为师生事务管理信息发布的“权威平台”、促进师生与生生之间沟通交流的“互联中心”、推动师生个体发展的“服务中心”。In the era of all media, the functional orientation of the construction of the “micro-management” model of college teacher-student affairs should be based on the concept of “information transmission, interactive participation, professional services”,and establish a campus system, work team, language framework and media platform for “micro-management” by building a diversified information communication platform, a guiding platform for campus public opinion, and a platform for campus public communication. Let the “micro-management” of colleges and universities truly become the “authoritative platform” for the release of information on the management of teacher-student affairs, the “interconnection center” for promoting communication between teachers and students, and the “service center” for promoting the individual development of teachers and students.
