摘 要:采用轻质TiAl合金代替较重的镍基高温合金制作车辆柴油机增压器涡轮,是改善车辆柴油机加速响应性、实现轻量化的有效技术途径。本文围绕降低增压器涡轮转动惯量的设计需求,总结了TiAl合金性能与涡轮设计的关联性、涡轮制造及连接技术水平以及应用考核试验情况;指出国内现有TiAl合金涡轮设计、制造技术已经达到工程化应用水平,但尚需在铸造质量稳定性、生产周期以及专用验收标准等方面继续开展工作。Using lightweight TiAl alloys instead of heavy nickel-based superalloys to make vehicle diesel engine turbochargers is an effective technical way to improve the acceleration response of vehicle diesel engines and achieve lightweight.Focusing on the design requirements of reducing the rotational inertia of turbocharger turbines,this paper summarizes the correlation between the performance of TiAl alloys and turbine design,the technical level of turbine manufacturing and connection,and the application test results.Pointing out that the existing domestic TiAl alloy turbine design and manufacturing technology has reached the engineering application level,but the work still needs to be continued in the aspects of casting quality stability,production cycle and special acceptance standards.
