摘  要:针对165 mm×165 mm方坯连铸浇铸过程角部裂纹缺陷频繁产生问题,分析了方坯连铸二冷喷淋装置和连铸实际凝固工艺参数,得出连铸过程二冷工艺参数(雾化冷却)控制不当是铸坯角部裂纹产生的主要原因。分别对拉速、喷嘴水量、喷嘴夹角对雾化效果的影响进行了试验研究,通过调整拉速范围,优化二冷喷嘴夹角及水量等工艺措施,结合生产实践,确定了合理的二冷工艺参数,优化了二冷模式,使连铸坯角部裂纹缺陷得到明显改善。为同类型方坯浇铸过程质量控制提供可靠的工艺技术支撑和经验参考。For the frequent occurrence of crack defects at the corners of the 165 mm×165 mm billet in continuous casting process,the structure of the spray device and the actual solidification process parameters of the continuous casting have been analyzed,it is concluded that improper control of the secondary cooling process parameters(atomization cooling)in the continuous casting process is the main cause of the casting billet edge cracks.The effects of casting speed,nozzle water volume,nozzle angle on atomization effect are tested and studied respectively,by adjusting the casting speed range and optimizing the secondary cooling nozzle angle and the water amount,at the same time combining with production practice,the reasonable secondary cooling process parameters are determined,and the secondary cooling mode was solidified,the edge crack of the continuous casting billet has been significantly improved.Which provide reliable technological support and experience reference for quality control of the same type of billet casting process.
