摘 要:为了满足特厚板坯连铸机弯曲段维修对中台的对中精度±0.1 mm的精度要求,分析了弯曲段维修对中台与弯曲段本体设备的匹配性、维修便利性、结构合理性、制造安装便捷性,在确定弯曲段维修对中台设计方案后建立了三维几何模型,并将其导入有限元分析软件Abaqus,模型简化后进行三维模拟仿真,分析弯曲段耳轴、本体各方向尺寸及其他关键尺寸与弯曲段维修对中台的型式、结构和尺寸大小的影响,其受力和变形均满足设计要求。同时在弯曲段维修对中台安装调试完毕后,现场实测对中数据。通过对比仿真结果和实测数据,结果表明,该设计方法满足工艺上对弯曲段维修对中台的理论设计误差要求,说明该设计方案是可行的、有效的。In order to meet the alignment tolerance(±0.1 mm)requirement of the bender maintenance and alignment stand for super-thick slab continuous caster,the compatibility with the bender main equipment,maintenance convenience,structure rationality,fabrication and installation convenience of the stand were analyzed.The 3D geometric model was built after determining the design scheme of the stand,and imported into Abaqus(a finite element analysis software).The three-dimensional simulation is carried out after the model is simplified.Then the influence of bender trunnion,body dimensions in all directions and other key dimensions,on the type,structure and size of the stand were analyzed.The stress and deformation of the stand both meet the design requirements.At the same time,after the installation and commissioning of the bender maintenance and alignment stand,the alignment data is measured on site.By comparing the simulation results with the measured data,the results show that this design method meets the technical requirements of the theoretical design error for the stand,and indicates that the design scheme is feasible and effective.
