摘　　要：目的研制ICU医护人员肠内营养中断管理知信行量表,并进行信效度检验。方法基于知信行理论框架,通过文献回顾法、访谈法和专家函询法形成量表初稿。便利选取400名ICU医护人员进行调查,对量表进行项目分析和信效度检验。结果形成的ICU医护人员肠内营养中断管理知信行量表包括3个维度共41个条目;3个维度累积方差贡献率分别为70.341%、70.437%和66.550%;总量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.953,重测信度为0.795。总量表的条目水平效度为0.800~1.000,量表水平效度为0.975。结论ICU医护人员肠内营养中断管理知信行量表具有良好的信效度,可用于ICU医护人员肠内营养中断管理知信行现状评估。Objective To develop a scale for knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)of intensive care unit staff towards enteral nutrition feeding interruption,and to evaluate the reliability and validity.Methods Based on the KAP theory,the initial scale was developed after literature review,interview and expert consultation,then 400 ICU medical and nursing staff were surveyed to test the reliability and validity.Results The scale consisted of 3 dimensions and 41 items.The cumulative variance contribution of the three dimensions was 70.341%,70.437%and 66.550%,respectively.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.953,and the test-retest reliability was 0.795.Item level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.800 to 1.000,and the scale level-CVI/average(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.975.Conclusion The scale is valid and reliable for measuring KAP toward enteral nutrition fee-ding interruption among ICU staff.
