摘  要:通过对现行主流再冷凝器设计方案进行对比,重点研究逆流流型、顺流流型两种方案的适用性,以及各自所需要的填料选用模式。其中逆流流型设计方案一般配合使用规整型填料,使用整装填料为了降低闪蒸天然气(BOG)气体阻力,使得BOG气体和液化天然气(LNG)能够在填料内充分接触换热,最大的问题就是液泛和雾沫夹带且很难处理高压泵回流工况。顺流流型设计方案一般配合使用散装填料,提供了湍流也提供了更大的接触面积,从而提高换热效率,是比较理想的设计方案。Through the comparison of the current mainstream recondenser design schemes,the focus is on the applicability of the counter-current flow type and the co-current flow type,as well as the packing selection mode required by each.Among them,the counter-current flow design scheme generally uses structured packing.The structured packing is used to reduce the resistance of BOG gas,so that BOG gas and LNG can fully contact and exchange heat in the packing.The biggest problem is liquid flooding and mist entrainment and it is difficult.Deal with the reflux conditions of the high-pressure pump.The co-current flow type scheme generally cooperates with the use of bulk packing,which provides turbulent flow and also provides a larger contact area,thereby improving heat exchange efficiency,which is an ideal design scheme.
