摘 要:气田在产水气井生产中,井筒积液是一个严重的问题。当气井产量下降,气体流速低于临界携液流速时,气井井筒就会发生积液。气体无法把产出水全部携带出井筒,水会回落到井底并聚集成液柱,堵塞炮眼,增加气藏回压,急剧降低气体流速,导致气井产量大幅度下降或是将气井压死。解决气井井筒积液的措施方法有很多,本文介绍了某海上平台根据现有流程,通过降低井口压力,增大生产压差,提高天然气在井筒中的流速大于临界携液流速,以达到排出气井井筒积液的目的。In the production of water producing gas wells in gas fields,wellhole effusion is a serious problem.When the gas well production drops and the gas flow rate is lower than the critical liquid carrying flow rate,the gas well bore will accumulate liquid.The gas cannot carry all the produced water out of the wellhole,and the water will fall back to the bottom of the well and gather into the liquid column,blocking the blast hole,increasing the back pressure of the gas reservoir,sharply reducing the gas flow rate,resulting in a significant decline in the production of the gas well or killing the gas well.There are many measures to solve the gas wellhole effusion.This paper introduces that according to the existing process,an offshore platform can discharge the gas wellhole effusion by reducing the wellhead pressure,increasing the production pressure difference,and increasing the flow rate of natural gas in the wellbore greater than the critical liquid carrying flow rate.
