摘  要:采用具有不同悬垂侧链的小分子二醇作为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)型聚氨酯弹性体的扩链剂,以甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)为添加型阻燃剂,采用预聚法制备了聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)。讨论了不同悬垂链长度对阻燃PUE分子结构、热稳定性、阻燃性能、动态力学性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当DMMP质量分数为10%时,悬垂侧链碳原子数由0增加到10,PUE的最大热释放量和总热释放量降低,有效阻尼温域由17.9~44.0℃拓宽至-23.0~40.0℃,损耗因子峰值(tanδmax)由0.325提高到0.936,tanδmax对应的温度(Tg)也由31.1℃移动至-1.5℃,材料的阻燃性能、动态力学性能和断裂伸长率均得到改善。The polyurethane elastomers(PUEs)based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)were prepared by prepolymerization using small molecule diols with different dangling side chains as chain extenders,and dimethyl phosphonate(DMMP)as additive flame retardant.The effects of different dangling chain lengths on molecular structure,thermal stability,flame retardancy,dynamic mechanical properties and mechanical properties of flame-retardant PUE were discussed.The results showed that,when the mass fraction of DMMP was 10%,the carbon atom number of dangling side-chain increased from 0 to 10,the maximum heat release and total heat release of PUE decreased,the effective damping temperature range widened from 17.9〜44.0 C to-23.0~40.0 C,the peak of loss factor(tan^maX)increased from 0.325 to 0.936,and the temperature(Tg)corresponding to tan^max moved from 31.1 C to-1.5 C,the flame retardancy,dynamic mechanical properties and elongation at break of the material were all improved.
