摘 要:采用环保软化剂SF-365和少量水一步法制备了软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料。考察了软化剂对泡沫的物理性能、透气性、泡孔结构、气味和总挥发性有机物(TVOC)的影响,并与全水发泡和二氯甲烷(MC)发泡制备的聚氨酯软泡对比;通过红外光谱分析讨论了软化剂对聚氨酯分子结构的影响。结果表明,添加SF-365制备的聚氨酯软泡泡孔细密,开孔性较好,气味和TVOC较低;SF-365能够有效降低泡沫中沉淀脲的含量,增加泡沫的柔软效果;SF-365对聚氨酯相分离程度影响弱于MC。Flexible polyurethane foams were prepared by one-step method with environmental friendly softener SF-365 and a little water. The effects of softener on the physical properties,permeability,cell structure,odor and TVOC of the foam were discussed,compared with the flexible PU foams prepared by water foaming and methylene chloride( MC) foaming. The effect of softener on the molecular structure of polyurethane was discussed by IR. The results showed that the polyurethane foam prepared by adding SF-365 had fine cell structure,good opening,lower odor and TVOC,and the SF-365 could effectively reduced the sedimentation urea content in the foam,increased the softness of foam. The influence of SF-365 on the phase separation degree of polyurethane was weaker than that of MC.
