摘  要:以聚四氢呋喃二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、三羟甲基丙烷为水性聚氨酯(WPU)的基本原料,甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯为聚丙烯酸酯(PA)的单体,二乙烯基苯为PA自由基聚合的交联单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂合成了具有互穿聚合物网络(IPN)和半互穿聚合物网络(S-IPN)结构的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WPUA)复合乳液。探讨了两种互穿结构及PU/PA质量比对WPUA乳液及其胶膜性能的影响,并通过粒径测试、红外光谱、力学性能测试、接触角测试、动态力学分析等手段进行表征。结果表明,在PU/PA质量比相同的情况下,IPN结构WPUA胶膜具有较好的耐水性和阻尼性能,而S-IPN结构WPUA胶膜力学性能更好;随着WPUA中PA含量增加,胶膜的耐水性能、力学损耗提升而拉伸强度下降。A series of waterborne polyurethane-acrylate polymer emulsions( WPUA) with fully interpenetrating polymer network( IPN) and semi-interpenetrating polymer network( S-IPN) structures were synthesized using polytetrahydrofuran glycol,isophorone diisocyanate,2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid and trimethylol propane as the main raw materials of waterborne polyurethane( WPU),methyl methacrylate( MMA) and butyl acrylate( BA) as monomers of polyacrylate( PA), divinylbenzene as crosslink monomer of PA radical polymerization,azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator. The effects of two kinds of interpenetrating structure and PU/PA mass ratio on WPUA emulsion and film properties were discussed, and characterized by particle size testing, infrared spectroscopy( FT-IR),mechanical property testing,contact angle testing,and dynamic mechanical analysis( DMA). The results showed that the IPN structure WPUA film had better water resistance and damping properties under the same PU/PA mass ratio,while the S-IPN structure WPUA film had better mechanical properties. With the increase of PA content in WPUA,the water resistance and mechanical loss of the film increased,while the tensile strength decreased.
